2 what is the best way for a player to perform well in the sports?

Assume the ojective conditions such as wind direction, height and mass of the player etc, can not
be changed, the jumping angle as delta to the horizontal.

Take g=10Nkg^-1 take upward as posotive

Consider vertical motion

1. Increasing the jumping force

The player should be capable to exert his max. jumping force on the ground in order to obtain a
max. vertical displacement and flight of time. According to newton's 3rd law, the larger force the
player exert on the ground, the larger reaction force acting on him can be obtained.

F(exert on ground by player)=F(exert on player by ground)

By mathmethic method , the force acting on the player vertically can simply be calculated by
resolving the force to a horizontal and vertical force.

F(exert on player by ground) sin (delta)=F(vertical force acting on player by ground)

Then by newton's 2nd law, vertical net force equal to

F(vertical)-mg(earth act on player) = ma(net force)

Since the mass of the player is constant, we can easily figure out that net force (acceleration) acting
on the player can be increased with increasing the appied force on ground.

Considering a larger initial acceleration of the player is resulted,

by conservation of momemtum, momemtum of earth and the player have to be conserved as no
external force acting on this system.

M=mass of earth V=final velocity of earth U=initial velocity of earth

A=acceleration of the earth
t=contact time when force are exerted on each other
m=mass of the player v=final velocity of player u=initial velocity of player
a=acceleration of the player

from above mentioned

F(exert on ground by player)=F(exert on player by ground)

MA=ma
M(V-U)/t=m(v-u)/t
MV=mv
thus we can see that "v"may increases with increasing applied force on the ground

v' =vertical final velocity of player

by v'^2 =2gs s=v'^2/2g

since v'=vsin(delta), vertical displacement increases.

2. wear lighter clothes and accessories

As the analysis regards mass that is composed of actul mass of the player and other compoent , the
player should wear lighter clothes and shoes to lose weight for getting a good result.
F-mg=ma

3.wear a thicker but lighter shoe-pads

We recognise the reason why ligher shoes should be considered, besides, the thickness of shoe-pads
also need to be noted. The C.G. of the player can be raised by wearing thicker and light shoe-pads.
During high jump, we take C.G. as a center point to view overall motion. Higher the C.G. can help
the player to jump over the obstacle easily and need less vertical displacement to complete the
motion.

Consider horizontal motion

A horizontal reaction (frictional force)force will act on the player by the earth
1. wear spiked-shoes with sharp spikes

Because a horizontal reaction force will act on the player horizontally, this force cause the player to
move horizontally with inertia and also become a torque for taking moment about C.G. Thus, a
spiked-shoes with sharp spikes can let the player to be more skillful on adjusting the force exerted.
