STRAP

With Color B, ch 13. across. 12 sc.

Row 1. Sc in second ch from hook and ea ch Rows 2-84. Ch 1; turn. Sc in ea sc across.

FINISHING
Whipstitch Front to Back, leaving top open. Fold Strap in half lengthwise and whipstitch up seam
to form a tube. Sew strap to top of purse at opening. Weave ribbon in and out of ch-2 spaces at
top of purse and tie in a bow in front.

To felt, put in washing machine on hot/cold cycle with detergent, low water, and 2 tablespoons
baking soda. Repeat as needed to achieve desired level of felting. Gently pull purse into shape
and lay flat to dry.
