Abstarct
Leadership is a combination of the qualities of leader, the followers and the situation. Effective leader is one who is able to
handle every kind of situation with relative ease and is able to keep his/her team motivated. The ideal leader is one who is
able to motivate every individual of every team to work with their best of ability. If we are able to calculate the ability of
the leader and motivation we will be able to analyze the impact of leadership under different situations. The article
attempts to provide a model for calculating the impact of leadership and the ability of a leader.

ABSTRACT
The theory of motivation need appreciation from the epistemological perspective,
whereby it is important to study the source, nature and limitations of knowledge in this
particular area. The approach in this particular field has been clinical, in that, the
emphasis has been on the study of human mind with a view to investigate into its
deepest recesses so that the invidious phenomenon of the ‘organization man’ could be
successfully tackled. The mechanism of the organization is unfair for the individual. It
has injected habit patterns and values, which have corroded the natural base/basis of
human life. The idea behind the clinical studies was to proffer information to the

 management, adequate enough to doctor the organization environment in conformity
with the requirements of human psychology so a healthy work environment could be
established within an organization. In this paper a mathematical model is established to
calculate the total motivation level of any individual with the help of motivational
parameters. It is a clinical mathematical study of motivational estimation.

ABSTRACT
Crisis / Impulsive crisis is the combination of different losses & adverse situations. Adverse situation may hamper the output of the
organization or can stop the production system. Every organization has planned to avoid crisis situation for very initial stage. If we
are manage to calculate the crisis / impulsive crisis or crisis in department and also be able to calculate the recovery after the crisis
then we will be able to analyze the impact of crisis under different situation. The article attempts to provide a model for calculating
the impulsive crisis & its recovery as well as the departmental crisis & its loss estimation with the help of Boolean algebra.
