• Modeling and detailing of Aircraft component (FINS, RUDDER and

Helicopter Rotor Blade:

Organization : PLEXION - Bangalore

Responsibility :

Design intent was identified for the new design. 3-d Model has been completed
from the available Tiff images of the drawings. Activities Involved including the
drafting as per the customer requirement.

Surface Modeling:
Team Size : 4 Members
Role : Creation / modification of the surfaces of the model.
Tools Used : CATIA V5
Client : ATRP, Bangalore.
Description:

The models of various components were imported as IGES format files in CATIA
V5. The missing surfaces were recreated using surface commands. For clarity
the isometric view and section view at different portion of the drawing, without
complete dimensions of the design intent, were presented to assist the modeling.
Gear Box housing:
Organization : EASI TECH, Bangalore
Tools Used : Pro-E
Responsibility :

The gear box housing was designed to improve the engineering performance like
volume and noise reduction also served the cost benefits through this new
design. The 3-D model and the drawing was generated with the given constraints
and meet the given schedule by the customer.
