Synopsis: This course focuses on Human Resource Management in educational organisation. Each of the components will be analysed in the context of education.
Comparative approach is used to discuss and critique current issues.

Hasil Pembelajaran Program:
PLO1: Menerap dan menyepadukan ilmu pengetahuan berkaitan dengan isu penyelidikan semasa dalam bidang pengkhususan pengajian.

PLO2: Menerap teknik penyelidikan bagi menguasai, menterjemah dan mengembangkan pengetahuan dalam bidang pengajian.

PLO3: Mempamerkan keupayaan untuk menyampaikan, memimpin dan bekerjasama dalam membina ilmu baharu.
