Yep, it’s called the R.O.C.K.E.R.S.
I know, it seems like an odd name
to call a Senior Adults Ministry
doesn’t it? It stands for:
Radical Older Christians Keeping
Evangelism Real Simple.
I’m looking for individuals 50
or older who are willing to help
lead and organize events, outings,
visitation & outreach opportunities.
We will be meeting on March 1st at
9:00am in the café to set up ministry
teams and plan the future of our
Senior Adults Ministry. If you’re
interested, but unable to attend, you

Last Wednesday was our fundraiser
dinner and True Love Waits special
service in the Worship Center. I just
wanted to say thank you so much to
everyone who help to make it a success.
Dinner was great (thanks to big Joe C.
and Angela) and we had 4 students
take the purity pledge in the service.
Thanks to all of you who attended, it
meant a lot for you to be there. Next;
we’re still preparing for summer camp,
and will be attending Student Life in
Talladega, AL from 6/12/11
to 6/18/11. If your student is
planning on going to camp with
us a $50 camp deposit is required!
