Office Administration Management

Manages the administrative requirements of offices of two companies including the building
administration of a 4-storey building owned by the company which includes safe and security
requirements of the government, procurement (purchasing), supply inventory and control of
accountability. Direct hand in the management of utility personnel and messenger including
work schedules and implementation of 6S program.

Accomplishment with Current Organization

1. Helped improved work processes by establishing job identification, description and


specifications; identifying Key Results Areas; measuring Key Performance Indicators to
measure competencies and determine capability in meeting job requirements.
2. Was able to design and install career development and succession planning program
through inventory of current skills and knowledge; coaching and development-based
strategy to ensure that they are aligned with the company vision and core values.

3. Prescribed employee relations program through ‘feel good’ activities and reward and
recognition programs that drive and motivate employee towards productivity and
contributed to lower attrition rate.

4. Transformed the organization from complacent to aggressive and competitive culture


through HR interventions (i.e., organizational diagnostic surveys, focus group
discussions, conduct of training needs assessment; behavior, technical, and leadership
training across the organizational span).

5. Able to design and develop HR policies to ensure compliance with government


requirements including Labor Code, government-mandated benefits, pre-employment
requirements in meeting the standards of selection and hiring.

6. Designed and developed Code of Discipline with the objective of promoting harmonious
relationship among employees and recognition of the rights and obligations of both them
and the company as defined by the statutory law and Labor Code.

7. Able to drive and chair the steering committee for the construction of a new office
location.

8. Headed the steering committee for the company’s 30th Anniversary with more than 500
guests in attendance. Alongside the tasks of being Chairperson, was able to develop
concept and design of video presentation on the company history, its philosophy, and
significant contribution of the company in promoting values and integrity in the industry.
