budgeting of renovation/upgrading of your Best Western facility.
These costs include Building Exteriors, Swimming Pools, Public Space areas, Front Desk, Restaurant
and
Cocktail Lounge Millwork, Public space furnishings, Guest Room Corridors, Guest Rooms and Bath
Vanity area.
The attached information is offered only as a rough guide for you to refer to when you estimate
your costs of
renovation. Costs will vary considerably due to local labor charges, changes in the economy,
product selection,
price increases, freight, materials and hidden costs when demolition is performed. The only
practical method of
obtaining installation and construction costs that are accurate is by requesting bids from
contractors.
The Design Department does not provide project management or determine accurate cost
estimates due to the
many variables noted above. The figures noted here are based on averages and do not take into
consideration the
variables mentioned above.

the desired
quality of work or the lowest bid on work required. Best Western does not warrant their accuracy
