INTRODUCTION

Samerenz co. mobile pizza parlor is proposing to operate a new business venture which will
serve the public in a more accessible manner. We will pioneer a new concept of serving our customers
by serving them quality pizza that will compliment the taste of the Filipinos. The most interesting part of
our business is we will give our customer the discretion on what toppings or flavor they want for their
pizza.

Samerenz co. assiduous founders are: Vyron Samson, age 19, Elmer Llana, age 21, and Lorenz
Luigi Lim, age 21. The company is located at 891 GS P.Campa St., Sampaloc, Manila and our mobile
trucks will be roaming around the town to serve you quality pizza. We can be reached by a phone (045)

COMPANY HISTORY

In the second semester of school year 2010-2011 of San Beda College, the founders of Samerenz
co. mobile pizza where asked to present in class a new business venture. Since the founders are fond of
eating pizza and they are encountering lapses in the administration of other pizza making businesses.

They decided to present a new business venture which will improve the service and the method
of serving quality pizza to the public. In January of 2011, a feasibility analysis was completed by the
founders and received excellent feedbacks from their respondents.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission statement is to provide: the challenge of achieving high standards, perfect
environment in which to deliver high standards of customer service to the public in a more accessible
manner, and to give the customers the option to choose their own recipe from our wide selection of
toppings.

TAG LINE

Our company’s tagline, which will be important part of its advertising strategy, is “One Bite will
delight your Appetite”.

PRODUCT AND SERVICES

To properly ascertain the predilection and entice the palate of our customers, in January 2010,
the company distributed (37) surveys to certain people at the age of 17 and above in the Metro. Based
on the result and ongoing studies, Samerenz, co. will give its customers the following but not limited
to:

• Pizza Trucks - We offer fully customized trailer truck containing state of the art equipments to be able
to make quality pizzas.
• Healthy but Juicy Products- Pizza nowadays are really greasy and health damaging. We provide tasty
pizzas that will not only give you health problems but will also improve your condition.
• Wide variety of Recipes- We gives the customers the option to formulate their own recipes from our
vast selection of Ingredients giving them total control over their pizzas.
• Catering- We host events such as: Corporate parties, birthday celebrations, private gatherings,
nuptials, etc.

CURRENT STATUS

We are pleased to announce that Samerenz Pizza Parlor is poised to commence operations on
March 1, 2011. Since it was incorporated on December 25, 2010, the following milestones have been
completed, and all of these are remain to be completed for the company to start operations:

- Business concept and planning

- Feasibility analysis and buying intention surveys
- Three-member management team in place
- P500,000 invested by management team
- Distinguished our target markets
- Distinguished our sales strategies

Milestones remaining to be completed:

- To obtain additional funding

- To provide a secured establishment
- Select equipments
- Hire personnel
- Prepare for grand opening
- Promotional campaign

LEGAL STATUS AND OWNERSHIP

Samerenz Pizza Parlor is a three-man partnership incorporated in the Philippines. It is currently owned
by its founders.
