Klasik Mozart terhadap Peningkatan Berat Badan Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah
di RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang dan RSI Ibnu Sina Padang Tahun 2017

ABSTRAK

Berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR) merupakan salah satu faktor utama peningkatan
mortalitas dan morbiditas bayi khususnya pada masa perinatal. Perawatan BBLR
memerlukan biaya yang tinggi hal ini terjadi dikarenakan perawatan BBLR
memerlukan waktu perawatan yang panjang. Perawatan metode kanguru dan terapi
musik klasik Mozart merupakan metode yang dapat membantu meningkatkan berat
badan BBLR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas perawatan
metode kanguru terhadap peningkatan berat badan pada BBLR dibandingkan dengan
terapi musik klasik Mozart. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, desain
quasi-eksperimen dengan rancangan non-equivalen comparison group pretest-
posttest design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Dr. Rasidin Padang dan RSi Ibnu
Sina Padang dari bulan Januari-Maret 2017. Sampel berjumlah 10 responden untuk
masing-masing kelompok menggunakan consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian ada
perbedaan berat badan sesudah pada kelompok perawatan metode kanguru
dibandingkan kelompok terapi musik klasik Mozart dengan nilai p value 0,000.
Peningkatan berat badan setelah dilakukan PMK adalah 50,4 gr/hari, setelah
diberikan terapi musik klasik Mozart 28,3 gr/hari. Diharapkan pihak rumah sakit
membuat kebijakan terkait pelaksanaan perawan metode kanguru di Rumah Sakit
agar dapat terus menjalankan kegiatan perawatan metode kanguru oleh ibu pada
bayinya, mengajarkan kepada ibu sebelum pulang ke rumah, sehingga ibu dapat
melakukan perawatan metode kanguru dengan benar selama di rumah.

Ibnu Sina Padang and Padang Year 2017

ABSTRACT

Low birth weight (LBW) is one of the main factors increase infant mortality and
morbidity, especially in the perinatal period. LBW care costs are high because this
happens LBW care requires long treatment time. Kangaroo care method and Mozart
music therapy is a method that can help promote weight loss LBW. This study aims
to determine the effectiveness of kangaroo care method of weight gain in LBW
compared to Mozart music therapy. This type of research is quantitative, quasi-
experimental design with non-equivalent comparison group pretest-posttest design.
This study was conducted at Hospital Dr. RSI Rasidin Ibnu Sina Padang and Padang
from January to March 2017. Samples were 10 respondents for each group using a
consecutive sampling. The results of the study there were differences in body weight
after in the treatment group than the kangaroo method Mozart music therapy group
with p value of 0.000. Weight gain after kangaroo care was 50.4 g / day, after being
given the classic Mozart music therapy 28.3 g / day. It is expected that the hospital
made a policy related to the implementation virgin kangaroo method at the Hospital
in order to continue running the kangaroo mother care method to the baby, teach the
mother before returning home, so that the mother can do kangaroo care method to
correct for the home.
