Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar passing
bawah dan dribble sepak bola melalui pendekatan bermain dalam pembelajaran
pada peserta didik kelas X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Banyudono Tahun Ajaran
2018/2019.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini
dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, terdiri tiga tahap dalam setiap siklusnya yang
terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek
penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Banyudono yang
berjumlah 36 peserta didik yang terdiri atas 15 peserta didik putra dan 21 peserta
didik putri. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes dan observasi. Validitas data
menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif
kualitatif dengan teknik persentase.
Hasil analisis data pada siklus I diperoleh hasil belajar sebesar 36 peserta
didik (100%) mencapai kriteria tuntas pada aspek kognitif, aspek psikomotor
sebesar 18 peserta didik (50%) mencapai kriteria tuntas pada passing bawah sepak
bola dan 18 peserta didik (50%) mencapai kriteria tuntas pada dribble sepak bola,
sedangkan pada aspek afektif 2 peserta didik (6%) mendapat kategori Sangat Baik
(A), 34 peserta didik (94%) mendapat kategori Baik (B). Pada siklus II diperoleh
hasil belajar sebesar 36 peserta didik (100%) mencapai kriteria tuntas pada aspek
kognitif, aspek psikomotor sebesar 30 peserta didik (83%) mencapai kriteria
tuntas pada passing bawah sepak dan 30 peserta didik (83%) mencapai kriteria
tuntas pada dribble sepak bola, sedangkan pada aspek afektif sebesar 36 peserta
didik (100%) mendapat kategori Baik (B).
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan
pedekatan bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah dan dribble
sepak bola pada peserta didik kelas X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Banyudono Tahun
Ajaran 2018/2019.

The study aims to improve the learning outcomes of under passing and
dribble learning in football game through play approach at the students of X
MIPA 2 class in SMA Negeri 1 Banyudono 2018/2019 academic year.
This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The research was
conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of three stages, they are planning,
action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the research were 36 students
consisting of 15 male and 21 female students of X MIPA 2 class of SMA Negeri 1
Banyudono. Data collection techniques used were tests and observations. Data
validity used was data triangualation techniques. Descriptive qualitative with
percentage techniques was used to analyze the data.
The results of data analysis in the first cycle, the learning outcomes of 36
students (100%) reached the complete criteria on cognitive aspects, psychomotor
aspects amounted to 18 students (50%) reached the criteria for completing under
passing and 18 students (50%) achieved complete criteria for dribble, while in
the affective aspect 2 students (6%) got the excellent category (A), 34 students
(94%) got the good category (B). In the second cycle, the learning outcomes of 36
students (100%) reached the complete criteria in the cognitive aspects,
psychomotor aspects amoundted to 30 students (83%) reached the criteria for
completing under passing and 30 students (83%) achieved the complete criteria
in football dribble, while in the affective aspect 36 students (100%) got the good
category (B).
Based on the result of this study, it can be concluded that the use of play
approach can improve the learning outcomes of under passing and dribble in
football game at the students of X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Banyudono 2018/2019
academic year.
