INTISARI
Tujuan: Mengetahui kebermaknaan hubungan antara pengetahuan aspek yuridis
medis dan pertimbangan subjektif provider dengan penerapan informed consent di
bagian anestesiologi dan reanimasi RS Dr. Sardjito.
Desain: penelitian observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Studi korelasi dikaji
terhadap pengetahuan yuridis medis dan pertimbangan normatif dalam hubungannya
dengan penerapan informed consent.
Subjek: subjek penelitian ini adalah dokter spesialis yang bekerja di bagian
anestesiologi dan reanimasi RS Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Pengambilan sampel
dilakukan secara purposive dan accidentil, yaitu dokter spesialis diambil yang
bertugas sore hari di bagian anestesiologi dan reanimasi RS Dr. Sardjito.
Observasi: Observasi langsung dilakukan dengan mengamati pelaksanaan informed
consent masing-masing provider sebelum dilakukan tindakan medik dengan
berpedoman pada chek list. Observasi Tidak langsung dilakukan dengan cara
mengecek dokumen menggunakan Check List dengan sampel rekam medik pasien
sejak 1 Maret 2007 s.d 8 Maret 2007 sebanyak 100 orang.
Pengukuran: Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen kuesioner. Skala nominal
digunakan untuk mengukur data jenis kelamin, sedangkan data pengetahuan yuridis
medis, penerapan informed consent, umur, pendidikan, tingkat penghasilan, dan lama
kerja diukur dengan skala ordinal.
Analisis data: analisis data dilakukan dengan uji univariabel menggunakan uji
distribusi frekuensi, uji bivariabel menggunakan uji chi square berdasarkan tabel 2 x
2, dan uji multivariabel menggunakan uji regresi logistik.

ABSTRACT
Objective: To investigate the significance of the correlation between the knowledge
of the medical juridical aspect and the provider subjective consideration of the
implementation of informed consent in the anesthesiology and the reanimation of Dr.
Sardjito hospital.
Design: It is an observational study with cross sectional design. The correlation study
investigates the correlation between the medical juridical knowledge and the
normative consideration in its relationship with the implementation of informed
consent.
Subject: The subject of the study is the specialists in the anesthesiology and
reanimation department of Dr. Sardjito hospital, Yogyakarta. The samples are drawn
using purposive and accidental techniques, which mean that the specialists working in
the evening shift of the anesthesiology and reanimation department of Dr. Sardjito
hospital.
Observation: Direct observation is conducted by observing the implementation of
the informed consent of each of the providers before a medical treatment is carried
out following the existing check list. Indirect observation is conducted by checking
the documents using the check list with the samples of medical record of the patients
since March 1st, 2007 to March 8th, 2007 in the sum of 100 individuals.
Measurement: The data is collected using questionnaire instrument. Nominal scale is
used to measure the data of sex, while the data of medical juridical knowledge, the
implementation of informed consent, age, education, income, and working period are
measured using ordinal scale.
Data analysis: The data is analyzed using the univariable test of frequency
distribution, bivariable test using chi square test based on 2 x 2 table and
multivariable test using logistic regression test.
