 Project Title: : BAJA SAE INDIA VIRTUAL DESIGN CHALLENGE 2009-10

Description : Consisted of Designing of an ATV for a fictious firm
Team : 14 members
Role : Design of Suspension & Braking system; Simulation of vehicle.
Status : Completed, stood III among 68 national teams , won ` 1 lac
Prize money.

 Project Title: : BAJA SAE INDIA 2010-11

Description : Consisted of Designing & fabrication of an ATV.
Team : 18 members
Role : Design of Vehicle dynamic parameters, Vehicle testing
Status : stood 1st in manoeuvrability; 2nd for Go Green Award,
winning total prize money of ` 3 lac.

 Project Title: : AUTOMOBILE CRASH SENSOR

Description : Design and Fabrication of a mechanical sensor, to detect
crash and switch of electricals and fuel supply of the vehicle.
Team : 4 members
Role : Design & Simulation
Status : Under Pipeline.
SUMMER TRAINING:

o Completed a 4 weeks training on CATIA V5, a design software, from CETPA Infotech,
Lucknow in 2009.
o Completed a summer training of 4 weeks in the “MECHANICAL FACTORY” of
HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LIMITED (HAL), LUCKNOW in 2009.
o Completed a summer training of 4 weeks on “FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS” at FLOWGAIN
ENGG (PVT) LTD in June 2010.

WORKSHOPS/INDUSTRIAL PLANTS VISITED:

o Participated in 5 day certificate course on “Vehicle Dynamics & Motorsport

Engineering” by Claude Roulle, (President, OptimumG, LLC,USA) at ARAI, Pune.
o Participated in a Assembly-Disassembly workshop of a MARUTI 800 car.
o Visited “Hero Honda” manufacturing plant at Haridwar, Uttar Pradesh.
o Visited “Micromatic Grinding Pvt Ltd”, assembly plant at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
