Day of Surgery PFCC Working Group - UPMC Montefiore
30-Jan-09
The goal of the survey is to identify any shifts in attitude as a direct effect of
implementing a PFCC working group. Questionnaires to measure employee’s
attitude were distributed to the Day of Surgery, UPMC Montefiore in January of
2009 as a pilot project. The members were asked to complete two short
instruments (ten questions) that captured pre and post data. Ideally the pre-PFCC
working group survey would be distributed during the initiation of a group but for
this pilot project the participants were asked to look back on their experience prior
to implementing PFCC methods.
Results of six questions can be directly compared between the two surveys and
have been weighted* for evaluation.
