INFORMATION PACK

FOR EXHIBITORS & ADVERTISERS

Sponsorship and Exhibitors Information Pack

The IB Heads Conference in Singapore in October 2011 promises to offer something different for participants. The
title above gives a hint as to the aim of the conference: it is about making leadership an exciting journey together
with fellow heads from across the globe. It is also about demonstrating that heads are continuous learners and
that students can also give us clues about what great leadership might look like in the future.

We hope to create a framework for a paradigm shift in IB leadership; make the conference invigorating,
stimulating and challenging; develop relationships during the conference through professional learning
communities (PLCs); create learning networks during and after the conference; foster action and follow-up; and
ultimately improve IB leadership, and student learning and achievement in our schools.

IB Asia Pacific Annual Regional Conference is held from 13-16 October 2011 at the
UWCSEA East campus

The theme is:

“Leaders as Learners; Learners as Leaders”
