This script is designed to help the helpdesk
engineer to create the ftp user accounts
DISCLAIMER:
1. Please note that the FTP transfers happens in
clear text and not advisable for confidential
transfers.
2. The Space limit to be used on the ftp server is 250mb.
(The users can use more space but should quickly
delete the files after the transfer is over)

This script is designed to create a typical user account
for use on the KLA-Tencor external public FTP server.
It will perform the following:
1. Create a standard home directory structure capable
of captivating the user via "chroot"
2. Enable the user's capability to publish files for
access by anonymous FTP or the web.
3. Add the appropriate entries in /etc/passwd
and /etc/shadow
4. Add an entry in /usr/local/apache/auth/webauth to
enable access control for the web.
