VC GEAR PUMPS

Product Range
Gear pump range includes single pumps of groups AP100, AP200 and AP300.
Displacements within each group range from 0.073 cu. in/rev to 5.673 cu. in/rev.

Recommended Fluids/ Allowed temperatures
Mineral oil based hydraulic fluids that comply with ISO/DIN standards is recommended.

Suction
The absolute suction pressure must be 11 PSI. It is also advisable to choose a filter of suit-
able size to minimize any pressure drop and to take measures to prevent gradual clogging
over time.

• Left Hand Rotation (CCW) • Bi-Rotational Pump
• Pumps with Integrated Pressure Valve

Viscosity Range Operating Temperature

Recommended 100 to 500 SUS Seal Type Temperature

Permitted up to 3000 SUS 5° to 176° F

Buna N -15° to 80° C
14° to 248° F
Viton -10° to 120° C
