I worked in “BANK ALFALAH ATTOCK” branch as a“DOCUMENTS
ARCHIVAL & RETRIEVAL SYSTEM OFFICER” (DOCUMENTCONTROLLER) since
August 11, 2007 to August 25, 2009.
Key responsibilities
Carry out various functions related to bank document receiving
And transmittal safekeeping and maintenance of project documents
Archives, documents imaging, and document reproduction.
Ensure proper safekeeping of document and good quality of work output.
Data input to database related to document receiving and tracking
documents transmittal, Document imaging, and project document archive
document reproduction.
Document classification, sorting, filling, archiving, and retrieval of
document in accordance to project document indexing and filling system.
