I. Tujuan Pembelajaran

Setelah kegiatan pembelajaran, siswa dapat:

1. Mengidentifikasi  makna gagasan dalam teks berbentuk prosedur.


2. Mengidentifikasi berbagai informasi yang terdapat dalam teks berbentuk prosedur
3. Memahami tujuan komunikatif teks berbentuk prosedur.

Contoh teks prosedur:

How to Cook Agar-Agar

Well, to cook agar-agar , you will need one packet of agar-agar, one liter of water and a fourth
kilogram sugar or according to taste.

Now, these are the steps of cooking aga-agar. First, pour a packet of agar-agar into a pan and
pour one liter of water on it. Like this right? Secondly, add a fourth kilogram of sugar. Then ,
boil slowly. After that, pour into moulds. Finally, let it cool. Now, agar-agar is ready to serve.

How to operate a blender

1. Make sure the switch is off.


2. Place ingredients into the blender container . Add some water if needed.
3. Put the lid on.
4. Place the container on the motor housing.
5. Plug in the cable.
6. Select one of two speed buttons as required.
7. Use pulse switch for precision blending.
8. When adding ingredients or seasoning, remove the small lid for adding things in the
middle  of the blender lid.
9. After grinding, press the switch off.
10. Unplug the cable.

Well, to make es teller, you need 150 grams of sugar, leaves pandan, 3,5 tablespoons

water , 400 grams ripe avocado cut into 1 cm cubus, young coconut meat scrabbed

out, crushed ice, condensed milk.

Now, these are the steps of making es teller. First, combine sugar, pandan leaves,       and water
in a small souce pan and heat for a few minutes over a low heat until sugar dissolves. Secondly,
to serve the dessert, place generous spoonful of cubbed avocado, jackfruit and young coconut
into a bowl. Finally, es teller is ready to be served.
