SHELTERS
The shelter is made of “sandwich insulated panels” 60 or 80 mm
thick with PU foam as filler material between galvanized pre-
coated steel sheets.

Dimensions
Sizes can be made as per requirement

Floor and Roof

Floor load capacity: 700 or1000 or 1500 Kg/sq.m, as required

Roof load capacity

200 Kg/sq.m

Door
Shelter is having one door 1000W x 2000 H (mm), alternately 900 x 1800mm.
Door sealed by a peripheral (double) sealing frame with silicon rubber gaskets renewable if
necessary, splash and dust proof according to IP 54.
Locking mechanism with cylinders or number lock.
The door is to be hinged with heavy duty hinges (stainless steel/brass).

Joints
The jointing of panels are done using eccentric cam locks
All the panel joints sealed with anodized stainless steel strips. Silicon sealant used for water proofing
in the panel joints or wherever necessary.

Openings
The shelter has provision for opening for air-conditioned piping and cabling on wall.
Cable entry ports in the wall panel for AC power supply cabling, DG cable and earthing.
Suitable wall opening in side wall for entrance of waveguides and feeder cables.

Environmental Conditions
The shelter have heat transmission coefficient, K<0.3

Outdoor Installation
Survival wind speed : 150Km/h
To cope with these conditions, provision is to be made for threaded rods, connecting the shelters to
the base frame, foundations respectively.

Installation
The shelter is to be installed on base frame supported on concrete foundation or on suitable
supporting structures. The construction of shelter is such that it can be transported in a dismantled
form to the site & assembled there.

Water Cooled Gensets are available in ratings ranging from 3 to 600 KVA in single running genset.

The Acoustic Canopies supplied in sophisticated versions, featuring modular construction. The range
includes: Cap on canopies for onsite installation, Containerized acoustic canopies, Mobile or trolley
mounted acoustic canopies

Genset canopies are fabricated from Mild Steel Sheets, FRP, and SMC. Constructed from Rockwool,
Foam, Wad, Sandwich materials. These materials are customized to meet every application. An
aesthetic touch is provided to the accessories like Locks, Hinges, and Door Bidding. Pure polyster
powder coated panels with a special top coat are used for better weather resistance. All canopies are
tested as per ISO8528 part 10 norms.

ICON's cutting-edge instrumentation equipment includes control panels for Standard Gensets, Parallel
running & Synchronising control panel, AMF control panels with microprocessor or PLC based
controller, Load Distribution Panels, PF Control Panel.
Diesel Generator is also available with cold start kit, on demand.

Intruder Alarm:
This system sense un-authorized entry in the restricted area and provide potential free contact for alarm
extension. It can also be used for diesel generator canopy/diesel tank to avoid diesel theft.

Aviation Hazard Warning Lamp Controller:

Aviation hazard warning lamp is available in Bulb or LED types, which operates on 110/220 VAC or 24/48
V DC. Controller is designed on real time based or luminous based.

All the above alarms are available in single controller which is designed to function on 110/230V AC or
24 & 48V DC.
