CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT OF TENANTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, Carlos Quezon and Albert Quezon, of legal age, married, filipino, and
with residence and postal address at P-2 brgy Luna, Surigao City, hereinafter referred
to as the owner of the property make an agreement of our tenants MANUEL
BONIFACIO, JOSE QUIRINO, SAMUEL ROXAS, and ROGELIO
MAGELLAN, Filipino citizens and with residence and postal address at P- 1 San
Jose, Dinagat Islands hereinafter referred to as the tenants.

AGREEMENT

We are all agreed that the tenants above-mentioned will stay in our house as
boarders and would take good care of our property as tenant and to protect it from the
people who attempt to claim the same. This CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT OF
TENANTS shall be valid and binding between the parties, their heir successors-in-
interest and assigns.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,  parties herein affixed their signatures on the

date and place above written.
