INTRODUCTION

In this task we must handle budget RM 800 to organized class party. We have
3 in the group to success this task. We have to survey more than one super market
to get many information and plan to handle this budget. We are also use more than
one method to complete this task such as make comparison and make list of thing
that we need. In this task we must use basic mathematic knowledge and skill to
analyze data and make this task easy to calculate. Mathematic is can make this plan
to be easy to organized and also we use a lot of basic mathematic in our daily life. If
we look from other perception we actually use mathematic everyday.

We are here to thank you our lecturer is Mr. Alia @ Aliason Bin Awang for
giving us guidance. Our group consisted of three persons namely MUHD SHAFIQ
BIN DOLHALIT, ZAIM ZULHIMI BIN ZAILANI and THAMIL CHELVI A/P
ELENGOWAN. We should be able to make a wise decision to use the basic
mathematical knowledge and skills acquired in this course. Equipped with the
knowledge and basic skills of mathematics, we are tasked to prpare the food budget
plan for the end of semester party class. The class fund that we class have collected
RM800. Prepare a quality and healthy menu. Plan well so as we will maximize we
spending on selecting items/ingredients needed. For smart budgeting for the food
and drinks, we need to choose the store/supermarket that offers quality products
with the most discounts. This class party of 30 people invited to dinner ceremony
class. A total of 25 persons from among the students and 5 others were among the
lecturers. There are many supermarkets are set up in Malaysia, and many well
known names such as supermarket Econsave and Giant. In many supermarkets are
all different even though the price of the goods the same. We choose the price of
supermarket goods cheaper quality.

BUDGET PLAN

RM 800.00 this is the budget that must we use in class party. We get budget to
the money collected that we collect to all student at the class. 49 percent in this
budget we use to the food. We cook spaghetti and this is the main menu in this
party.
Although, we also have BBQ as second food, such as chicken and beef. Then we
use one type of carbonated drink in this party. 19 percent in this budget we use to
intertainment, we rent speaker to my friend and RM 150 we spend to rent. 13
percent in this budget we use to souvenior for example mug and keychain we give to
each person that attend to the party. 19 percent for other in this budget we use to
buy polysterine plate and cup.Then we use charcoal to cook BBQ.We also pepared
tissue for guest.Then another money we save for future function. We invite 25
student and 5 lecture to this party. This party we do at the class and very happening
at this party. After we buy all that thing we founded that we still have RM 111.01,
then we plan to save this money to class fund. So that we can use that money to
future party.

CONCLUSION

Basic Mathematic always use in our daily life, using the mathematic we can
do anything such as the budget plan that we did to provide our class party and then
in the our task we also use the variety of operation like the multiple, minus, plus and
subtract. Other than that, with the mathematic we can analyze anything that related
with the counting. It can help us to solve any problem. We do not expect that the
simple problem also use the mathematic operation.
