RULES FOR THE PURCHASE OF FUEL THROUGH ACCOUNTS

A) CONDITIONS:
1. Minimum consumption is an average of 1,000 liters of fuel per month, regardless of the
derivative.
Note: This is roughly 100,000 RSD
2. Registered company or store (minimum of 2 years).
3. Customer was not at one time under enforced payment during the existence of the
company.

B) WORK METHODS:
1. The fuel is purchased using the card daily.
2. Invoicing every 30 days.
3. Payment within 7 days of invoicing.
4. If the customer fails to pay 5 days of previously the deadline will be blocked.
5. 3 days after the blockade of the customer, if the debt is not settled, verbal reprimand before
the implementation promissory note.
6. 2 days after issuing a warning, realize the blank promissory note (or bank guarantee).

C) REQUIRED:
1. It is necessary that an authorized person personally bring the original documents for
inspection: The Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Decision of the APR, Tax, VAT, OP, KDP
from all banks which have opened accounts, including ID. Submission of a copy of all
documents, but a copy of the File of authorized signatures must be verified by the bank
where the accounts were opened.
2. Two (2) blank promissory notes, stamped and signed by an authorized person.
3. Confirmation of commercial banks that are authentic stamp and signature (on a copy
promissory notes of or bank letterhead).
4. Estimates of average monthly fuel consumption (indicating the type of fuel),
Note: If you estimate the monthly consumption exceeds 1,000,000.00 dinars requires a Bank
guarantee
5. Contact person, phone, fax, address ... (identifying information).
6. A copy of the decision on property tax (real estate) companies (for consumption over 3000
l).
7. Copies of the permit vehicle traffic owned by company and copies of contracts of carriage
(for transport companies and ATP stores).
8. From bank: Total indebtedness and turnover to account for the last 3 months (particularly for
each month).

Before signing the contract is estimated creditworthiness. The customer can not use the
service, or card can not be delivered, and the complete procedure is not complied with and
verified by all authorized parties, and signing contracts.

Note: Official data on the blocking of the debtor in enforced payment (amount and number of days of notliquidity)
in the form of certificates given National Bank of Serbia - Directorate of Registers and enforce payment, the
Department for enforcement, the Department for admission basis and orders enforced collection of Kragujevac.

D) TO SIGN THE CONTRACT REQUIRED THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS AND

INFORMATION:
In addition to the above originals and copies of the section C

1. Two (2) Authorization for the completion and submission of the charge blank promissory
notes, certified and signed by an authorized person,
2. Record of visits to a potential buyer ( Eko SERBIA AD filled)

The procedure for concluding a contract with the customer takes 7 (seven) days from receipt of
complete original documentation, to sign a form "Credit Request Form" by all authorized
persons Eko SERBIA.

Eko company could be submitted card to surrender only to authorized persons of the
company, with which the signs the contract, with the seal and signature.
