Excel Models — Excel suffers from a distinct lack of true plus-size models. We hope that the size range of
the agency board increases in the future.

Brigitte Models — This agency now boasts the strongest board in Germany, with its most attractive models
naturally being Barbara Brickner and the captivating Charlotte Coyle . Brigitte also represents popular stars
Tracie Stern and Solveig Walkling .

Wolf Models — This noted German agency has a fine plus-size model division, and in particular, has an
interesting online Barbara Brickner portfolio , featuring several images that are unavailable elsewhere. The
quality of the scans is somewhat disappointing.

Nova Models — A Wilhelmina affiliate, this German agency represents a number of familiar plus-size
models, most notably Valerie Lefkowitz . But take note of size-16 model Denisa P. as well, who possesses
uncommonly attractive facial features.

Agence Plus — The debut of Agence Plus in Paris finally enables us to add a French agency to add to our
list. By far the most gorgeous model on the board is the wildly popular Charlotte Coye , who brings to the
plus-size industry in France a mixture of unadulterated beauty and dazzling posing ability the like of which
it has never seen before. Also notable is the exotic Anabelle Ursulet , who made an impact with her
appearance in the S/S 2005 campaign from Parisian plus-size retailer Giani Forte.

Bella Model Management — This dynamic Australian agency has a strong board, featuring girls with many
diverse looks. The most exciting addition to the agency's roster is British plus-size supermodel Lorna
Roberts , who has now relocated to Australia, and is a perennial fan favourite. We also admire the work of
Solveig Walkling , who, although a newcomer to this agency, is a very experienced model. The Bella site

Ciao, Magre! — At last, Italy's only modelling agency specializing in plus-size models has created an
English-language version of its Web site. The models on the site's home page include North American
imports Jennifer Larkin and Ashleigh Foster, but the agency's own roster is rapidly expanding, and now
includes some notable talent, including the stunning Barbara R. and Sonia P. Visitors to this site should be
sure not to miss the banner ads featuring none other than Barbara Brickner. Clicking on these ads brings
you to the homepage of Elena Mirò —Italy's answer to Lane Bryant, and the parent company of “Ciao,
Magre!” Barbara Brickner has been the official “face” of Elena Mirò for several seasons, proving that the
Italians still know genuine beauty when they see it.

Euromodel — Although this Dutch agency calls its plus-size division “Big Beauties” (shudder), the board
is still worth a look. Linda Caffa would appear to be the agency's the most noteworthy talent at this time.
