Terms and Conditions:

o Set up fees (Non-Refundable) should be paid in advance in favour of “E-Billing Solutions Pvt. Ltd.”
o Service tax of 10.3% is applicable on all charges & may vary as per government rules and regulations
o An amount of Rs. 2,000 will be retained from Merchants by EBS towards Retainership fee charges
o Debit towards Retainership Fees & Annual Maintenance Charges with service tax due will be carried
out upfront by EBS, from Merchant’s EBS account from first payout due to the Merchant, Annually
o No separate bank account is required for acquiring online funds. Funds can be transferred to the
existing current account of your Bank’s branch through NEFT (National Electronic funds transfer)
o Payment for your online transactions will be settled by T + 3 by our Nodal Bank - Citibank
(i.e.:- On 3rd Banking day after the transaction is captured )

merchants, to go live. Stamp paper/Franking Costs for Agreement, to be borne by Merchants
o 30% of settlement amount could be held as reserve for a period of 180 days.
o Settlement of funds will be done after satisfactory verification of transactions.
