Activity Information

ARMED HOME INVASION 11-10846

On 03/09/2011, deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township responded to the 100 block of Riley Court for an Armed
Home Invasion that just occurred. The deputies determined that two suspects knocked on the victims front door and
asked for a person that did not live there. The two subjects then asked for another person, who the victim knew, and
the victim opened the door slightly to see who it was. The two suspects then kicked in the door to gain entry.

Once inside the suspects both produced silver handguns and pointed them at the victim. The victim said the first
suspect hit him in the head with the butt of the silver handgun. The weapon then discharged one time but no one was
hit with the round. The suspects took an unknown amount of money and fled the residence. The time of occurrence
was at 12:50 AM on 03/09/2011. The deputies investigated the incident and attained a name of the first suspect
(Troy Anderson Lewis). The victim gave a detailed description of the second suspect which is listed below. The
victim was transported to St. Joseph Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Suspect 1- Troy Anderson Lewis (Picture ttached below) Black Male 06/18/1990 5’8” 150. Last seen wearing a
black coat with fur on it, dark colored jeans, and a black due rag with white dots over part of his face. He should be
considered armed and dangerous. He might be staying put in the 9000 block of MacArthur Boulevard in Superior
Township.

Suspect 2 is described as a Black Male, 18-21 years old with an average build/last seen wearing a silver/gray coat
with a design on the back of it and fur, dark colored pants, and a black mask over his face. his suspect was also
armed with a silver handgun. He should be considered armed and dangerous

Arrest Information

On 03/08/2011, deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township stopped a vehicle on Ecorse Road near South Redwood
Avenue. The deputies contacted the driver and determined he was wanted on outstanding felony warrant. The
subject was arrested without incident and transported to the County Jail.
