Liverpool Virtual Training BETA 1.

Liverpool Virtual
Training Scheme-
This document is a proposal for the Liverpool virtual training scheme. It will comprise a number of
competency based test which candidates will have been trained on previously. The competency
based test will then be allocated a rating which is required in order to rank up. For example in order
for member LV987 to rank up to the rank of XXX, he/she needs to have completed a competency
based test based on the training he/she has had previously. Combined with hours and points, this
will account for the requirements to rank up.

The rating system will be based on competency, and there will be numbered and specialised ratings
