-This product is suitable for industrial and construction workers and engineers who work
under hot and humid environment such as in this country (Malaysia).

-despite providing safety to the head, this product comes with additional features:

i. ventilation fan(to provide air ventilation to cool down head and create comfort to head.)

ii. front LED light(to provide enough luminaries for dark working environment.)

iii. rear flashing light( the flashing action of this light co uld alert another co-worker.)






-All the circuits are battery operated. Three switches are provided to control ventilation fan
,front LED light and rear flashing light. Those switches are located on outer side of the hat for
easy user access. All the circuits will function by one click only.





The idea in creating this product was inspired by our field experience in the construction
and electrical field. There are no such safety helmet that using our concept for the time
being.

 

This product is light since the hat itself is made by fiber composite and the components
added such as fan, LED lamp, switches and battery are lightweight material. Our product also
are well known for it͛s durability because safety helmet are being created to prevent injury.
The idea for this product is improvise by adding some features to it͛s old design. By adding
some feature to the helmet doesn͛t compromise the original size of the helmet. It is because
we are maximizing the space usage that located inside the helmet. All the features are being
connected in simple electronic circuit so it is easy for installation, operation and
maintenance.

 



The technology for this product are base on simple physic theory which is thermodynamic.
This product are using simple electric circuit.

Oil and Gas company, Mechanical and Electrical company, and Civil and Architecture
company. It can be use for their either employee or employer.

p This product are being marketed at authorized hardware and wholesale, then by
proposing this product to Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia to
make it compulsory for every company that involve in construction/industrial to use
this product because it have more safety features.

p Before proposing this product we have do some research for existing or similar
product and there are no product like this before.

p crobably we are going to do some promotion such as using advertisement on

billboard or media. As mention before we are also going to submit proposal to CIDB
for some recommendation.
