SOUTHBAY LEISURE PARK PLAN


The following are the recommendations in reference to the plan for initiating SouthBay Park,
underlying the interest of our esteemed organization and its employees.

1. The name of the park shall be “Academy’s Employee Benefit Park.” (Henceforward
referred to as the ‘Park’.)
2. The Park is in response to the need to deal with the fundamental human need of acquiring
mental peace and stress minimization. The green and peaceful environment will serve
this need of the employees.
3. Services of a Physician to be hired and made compulsory for every employee to have
fitness and fatigue check.
4. Implementation of the physician’s suggestions, the Park will be used as a mean to restore
employee efficiency.
5. A quarterly meet up to be arranged at the Park for all the staff members to interact, share
organization’s culture, strengthening team relations and encouraging knowledge
management.
6. Within office premises, articles to be put up at notice boards, etc regarding green
management and environmental friendly projects.
7. Encouraging the employees to visit the park on Sundays preferably with their families so
as to develop strong relations within the Academy’s family (staff members).
8. The Park is to be open to public on all week days except Sunday. This day is reserved for
company’s huge family (staff members).
9. Outsourcing a cafeteria at the park which will serve on subsidized rates to the staff
members, while the public on general rates.
10. The public entry in the park will be paid and will only target social class A and B in order
to maintain high standards. The Revenue generated will be used for the maintenance,
subsidization of cafeteria for company employees and future events in the park.
11. Opening the park to public will serve as a tool for fulfilling cooperate social
responsibility of the organization which will act as a favorable gesture to customers.

12. Utilization of the Park as a free site for arranging company’s seminars, workshops,
conferences, dinners, and other events.
13. Company’s news letter should bear a separate section regarding the park and highlight
facilities available for employees. This way the company will be able gain maximum
benefit from its healthy proactive employees.
14. A small outdoor office to be set up at the park.
15. Providing employees another benefit through outdoor park office, people who prefer to
work at informal environment can use it. However, the stated job hours are to be spent
within office premises to ensure employee productivity.
16. Even thou the employees show massive amount of interest in this very project; company-
wide survey should be conducted to acquire accurate opinions.
17. Park’s inauguration should be scheduled on a date with is important for the company. For
e.g, Founders birthday, company’s inauguration day etc.
18. Comprehensive feasibility and financial analysis to be performed in order to prepare
accurate projected financial reports.
19. The text of the proposal should be creative enough to emphasize the appropriate points
and focus the concerns of the higher management.
20. The park premises should be exploited to the fullest for various company requirements.
21. The park may screen popular sport(s) matches/events, training documenters and other
audio/visual material as required.
22. The company’s website should be used for taking employee as well as customer
feedbacks regarding the Park. This function will assist in constant improvement as well
as ensure satisfaction.
23. Social networking websites are good insights into customers and employees for
informally knowing their opinions and strengthening value capturing relationships.
24. Awarding honorary memberships of the park to loyal customers in order to creating more
value for them.
25. Valued increase in organization’s credibility and market reputation by executing such
massive employee and customer benefit project.
26. A milestone for the organization towards becoming a cooperate leader.
27. As the project is indented for social benefit, revenues invested will be tax free.

28. Referring to the instrumental conditioning theory of human psychology by B.F. Skinner,
reinforces/rewards (Park) provided to employees will result in increased employee
motivation and productivity.
