Pengaruh Budaya Kerja
The objective of this research is to explain the effect of working culture and
working motivation toward the performance of village officials based on the law
number 32 of 2004 at Tatakarya Village Abung Surakarta Subdistrict North
Lampung Regency. The method was quantitative study with the ex post facto
design that the sample of the research consist of 35 respondents. The data analysis
technique used regression. Based on the result of analysis and hypothesis testing,
it showed: there is an influence between working culture and working motivation
on the performance of village officials.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh budaya kerja dan motivasi
kerja terhadap kinerja aparatur desa berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 32
Tahun 2004 di Desa Tatakarya Kecamatan Abung Surakarta Kabupaten Lampung
Utara. Metode penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan
pendekatan ex post facto. sampel penelitian berjumlah 35 responden. teknik
analisis data menggunakan regresi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan uji hipotesis
menunjukkan: Terdapat pengaruh antara budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap
kinerja aparatur desa.
