Your SpotLight userID and password have been created and are:
SpotLight userID = P&WC Novel userID (For example: pw12345) or the initial of your first
name along with your last name (For example for John Smith jsmith)
SpotLight password = P&WC Novel userID (For example: pw12345) or the initial of your first
name along with your last name (For example for John Smith jsmith)
Please take note that:

1. You should change your password when you will access the SpotLight application. Just go
on your preference on the right top corner to change your password.

2. The knowledgebase has been validated and approved by our DAA Peter Boyd including the
Decision Tree Generator using one initial symptom.

CAUTION: Decision Tree Generator with multiple initial symptoms has not been validated
yet. It should be for your eyes only and used with caution.

3. To use the hyperlinks with the IETM, you must install the new IETM installer version 4.3.2
and up. The new installer is being shipped with all IETM revisions.

The new IETM installer is also available via the NAL box. At the present time, the NAL object
has been deployed to all users having the CTST or SERV contexts.

For issues with PW300 web knowledgebase content or Fault Isolation Charts found in our
Maintenance Manuals, you have 2 options to report the discrepancies or additional
knowledge to be added. (activities coordinated by Geoff Pooler 8-427-7719)

Option A. Insert your comment / feedback when closing a true session in SpotLight
application.

Option B. Raise a RSVP on web content or Maintenance Manual content.

Please take note that as soon as the Maintenance Manuals will be updated with the revised
flowcharts, the web content and the MM will then always be synchronized.

All modifications will follow the Technical Publication DCR process for approval. CaseBank is
now one of our partners in the DCR process.

Whether you use option A or B to submit your requests for change on any of the media, your
request will be reviewed by the P&WC Subject Matter Expert and will automatically generate
the modification of all medias once approved thru the normal DCR process.

If you need further engine technical assistance while performing a SpotLIght session, you
may invite P&WC Customer First Centre (CFIRST) to your SpotLight session
or
refer your SpotLight session to the P&WC Customer First Centre (CFIRST)

by using the option on the left side windows of your SpotLight session.
