Role Summary
Board Administration and support - Supports operations and administration of board by advising and
informing board members, interfacing between board and staff, and supporting board's evaluation.
Provide leadership and actively contribute to development and implementation of a strategic plan to
advance the company's objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth of the company.
Oversee company operations and projects to ensure operational efficiency, quality, service, and cost-
effective management of resources.
To build a sustainable growth model through processes that foster excellence in customer, operational and
people processes.
Responsible to meet business matrices including top line growth and margins.
Provide vision regarding overall financial health of the Organization.
Responsible of direct production activities to ensure safety and compliance with quality control standards
and regulatory compliance.

Financial, Tax, Risk and Facilities Management – Recommending yearly budget for Board approval and

Business Modelling, Establishing Business Systems & New product roll out,
Business Development, Establishing marketing network through Branch Offices, Dealers, Channel
Partners. Establish new markets for expansion of business.
Approve company’s operational procedures, policies, and standards.
Review activity reports and financial reports to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and
revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions
Lead and guide the functional and operations heads towards continuous improvements and have Overall
control on the organizational activities.
Ensuring manufacturing targets and sourcing budgets in line with business plan.Business Forecasting,
Capex, Opex, Budgetary Control.
Ensuring all customers’ requirements are met on quality, cost and delivery.
Establishing the statutory and regulatory requirements in line with Government regulations.
Establishing quality policy and measurable objectives of the organization and review them regularly.
