Role Summary
 Board Administration and support - Supports operations and administration of board by advising and
informing board members, interfacing between board and staff, and supporting board's evaluation.
 Provide leadership and actively contribute to development and implementation of a strategic plan to
advance the company's objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth of the company.
Oversee company operations and projects to ensure operational efficiency, quality, service, and cost-
effective management of resources.
 To build a sustainable growth model through processes that foster excellence in customer, operational and
people processes.
 Responsible to meet business matrices including top line growth and margins.
 Provide vision regarding overall financial health of the Organization.
 Responsible of direct production activities to ensure safety and compliance with quality control standards
