a man 45 years old,was admitted in the ward with medical diagnose sirosis hepatis. based on the
health history,client consumed alcohol for 10 years and ever admitted with hepatitis. currently client
complains abdominal pain in the right upper quadrant with scale of pain was 6, difficulty to breath
fatigue,nausea,decrease of his appetite. result of physical examination finds BP 100/70 mmHg, RR
24x/min, t37 c and pulse 96x/min,icteric on the sclera,anemic conjuctiva,icteric on the
skin,ascites,and spider nevi,edem both her foots. color of faces looks pale and urine looks like tea.
result of laboratory examination finds sgot (ast) 57 u/l sgpt (alt) 60 u/l albumin 1.30 g/dl hb 10 g/dl
billirubin total 2,31 mg/dl,billirubin direct 1,51 mg/dl alkalin fosfatase 151 u/l dan protrombin time
20 second. he receives diet high calorie and protein oral drug spironolaktan 1x100 mg nursing
interventions are pain management fluid and electrolyte management nutrition management
infection prevention. ners suggest the client to change his life style and to consume curcuma

Seorang pria berusia 45 tahun , yang DIAKUI di bangsal dengan diagnosa medis sirosis hepatis .
berdasarkan riwayat kesehatan , Alkohol Dikonsumsi klien selama 10 tahun dan pernah DIAKUI
dengan hepatitis . saat ini klien mengeluh nyeri perut di kuadran kanan atas dengan skala nyeri
adalah 6 , kesulitan kelelahan napas , mual , penurunan nafsu makannya . hasil pemeriksaan fisik
menemukan BP 100/70 mmHg , RR 24x/min , T37 c dan tekan 96x/min , ikterik pada sklera ,
conjuctiva anemia , ikterik pada kulit , ascites , dan laba-laba Nevi , edem Kedua endapan nya .
Warna wajah dan urine terlihat tampak pucat seperti teh . Hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium
menemukan SGOT ( ast ) 57 u / l SGPT ( alt ) 60 u / l albumin 1,30 g / dl Hb 10 g / dl Jumlah billirubin
2,31 mg / dl , langsung billirubin 1,51 mg / dl alkalin fosfatase 151 u / l memberikan waktu
protrombin 20 detik. Saya Menerima diet kalori protein tinggi dan obat oral spironolaktan intervensi
manajemen nyeri keperawatan mg 1x100 adalah cairan dan pencegahan infeksi manajemen nutrisi
manajemen elektrolit . ners menyarankan klien untuk mengubah gaya hidupnya dan mengkonsumsi
kunyit
