1. SUBHEAD-FLOORING
1.1 Providing and fixing Burma teak wooden flooring consisting of 75 mm thick first 245.0 sqm
class straight grained burma teak battens of approx. size 1200 mm long and
150 mm wide placed on fire resistant painted Sal wood framing 60x45 mm @
600 mm c/c in both directions over 5 mm thick x 60 mm wide neoprene sheet
under entire fire resistant painted Sal wood framing members. There shall be
50 mm thick polystrene (Thermocol) of 48 kg/cum density placed over 1000
gauge polythene sheet complete as per drawing no. INT/D-08 and directions of
Engineer-in-charge.
1.2 Providing and laying Carpet of High performance polyamide STYRON made of 659.0 sqm
Accuweave patterned loop pile construction of density 240 kg/cum with Nylon
fibre system and solution dyed. There shall Powerbond fibreglass reinforced
composite vinyl backing system having primary Tufting subtrate of Syntic non-
woven and Vinyl sealant fusion coated, guaranteed for 15 years against
excessive wear and static, delamination, edge ravel, zippering and backing
resiliency loss complete as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of
Engineer-in-charge.
1.3 Providing & fixing of the acoustical floor baffle consisting of 0.55 mm thick 1797.0 sqm
25mm x 35mm G.I. trough channel @ 600mmc/c over 4mm close cell clear
Polymer bubble sheet with both side aluminium foiling ( Polynum/ supreme).
The top to be layered with 2.5mm Tecsound 50 ( high density rubberised
polymer sheet 5kg/sqm) further protected with 0.2mm PVC sheet & held in
position with 12mm x 24 G GI chicken mesh. The work to be done as per
instructions of engineer in charge.(Drawing no INT/D-13)
1.4 Providing and fixing of 3.2 mm acoustical flooring UNI7 having an NRC value 3154.0 sqm
of 15 complete on finsihed floor with complete welded joints including cost of
SR adhesive of approved make.
1.5 Providing and fixing of 1.5 mm hoogeneous vinyl flooring on finsihed floor with 475.0 sqm
complete welded joints including cost of SR adhesive of approved make.

2.11 Acoustical wall lining with 50 mm thick Marble jali (Jali-1) panels each 384.0 sqm
of over all size 750 x 150 made out of 50 mm wide x 50 mm thick
polished Banswara marble strips placed at 50 mm spacing to form a
rectangular jali. These jali panels shall be placed over kiln seasoned
and chemically treated fire resistant painted Sal wood framing members
of size 50 mm x 50 mm at 600 mm c/c horizontally and vertically having
having 1000 GSM thermal bonded non woven polyester wadding
held in postion with 18mm 24G GI chicken mesh netting stretched over
the entire frame work including G.I. nails,steel screws, stainless steel
stud cap etc. complete as per drawings and directions of

made out of 50 mm wide x 50 mm thick polished Banswara marble
strips placed at 50 mm spacing to form a rectangular jali fixed at top
and bottom with 8 mm dia. Stainless steel fasteners with 10 mm dia.

2.15 Providing & fixing 0.8mm thk galvanised steel tile of 600x600 peforated 3253.0 sqm
(perforations 2.5mm dia holes @ 5.5mm c/c). The tiles to be powder coated in
black colour. The tiles to be installed on clip in profile fixed to 40x40x5mm thick
MS verticals @ 1200c/c. The MS angle to be held in postion with 40x40x5mm
MS angle hold fasts fixed to wall with 100x100x3mm MS plates @ 1800 mm
c/c. The tiles to have balck colour acoustical fleece as backing which shall be
pasted on the tiles after getting them powder coated. The tiles to be backed
with 40mm 1000 GSM thermal bonded non woven polyester wadding held in
postion with 18mm 24G GI chicken mesh welded on the vertical angles. The
work to be done as per the drawing no INT/D/15. INT/FT/04, 05, 06, 07 &
instrcutions of engineer in charge complete as required.

2.16 Providing and fixing of 20mm teak wood(Ist class) cross combed tiles backed 448.0 sqm
with viola natural jute cloth with a slit of 10mm in front & back to form the
design as per drawings / sample approved. Fixed over a framework of 48mm
GI Stud of .55mm thick gypsteel @ 600c/c. The frame work shall be filled with
50mm thick thermal bonded polyester nonwoven wadding fiber of 1000 gm /
sqm. The fiber to be held in position with chicken mesh of 18mm & 24SWG.
The framework to be supported on the wall at the interval of 1800mm c/c with
75 mm long 35x35x3mm angle cleats of required length and MS anchor
fasteners of size 75mM x10mm dia. The cleats to be given two or more coats
of red oxide primer. The rates includes for all geometry of walls, openings
etc. and for complete item including all the required approved material, labour
and fixing as per drawings, specification and execution of item at all height and
as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The work shall be executed as per
drawing no.INT/D/16,INT/D/15, INT/FT/04, 05, 06, 07.

2.17 Providing and fixing of 12mm Marine ply painted black with enamel paint 805.0 sqm
Fixed over a framework of 48mm GI Stud of .55mm thick gypsteel @ 600c/c.
The frame work shall be filled with 50mm thick thermal bonded polyester
nonwoven wadding fiber of 1000 gm / sqm. The fiber to be held in position
with chicken mesh of 18mm & 24SWG. The framework to be supported on the
wall at the interval of 1800mm c/c with 75 mm long 35x35x3mm angle cleats of
required length and MS anchor fasteners of size 75mM x10mm dia. The cleats
to be given two or more coats of red oxide primer. The rates includes for all
geometry of walls, openings etc. and for complete item including all the
required approved material, labour and fixing as per drawings, specification
and execution of item at all height and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
The work shall be executed as per drawing no. INT/D/14,INT/D/17, INT/FT/04,
05, 06, 07.

2.18 Providing & fixing of the acoustical baffle consisting of 2no 15mm gypsum 985.0 sqm
boards with a sandwich layer of 2.5mm thick Tecsound 50 glued by means of
SR adhesive. The gypsum to be fixed to48mm GI Stud of .55mm thick gypsteel
@ 600c/c. The frame work shall be filled with 50mm thick thermal bonded
polyester nonwoven wadding Mikron fiber of 1000 gm / sqm. The mikron fiber
to be held in position with chicken mesh of 18mm & 24SWG. The framework to
be supported on the wall at the interval of 1800mm c/c with 75 mm long
35x35x3mm angle cleats of required length and MS anchor fasteners of size
75mM x10mm dia. The cleats to be given two or more coats of red oxide
primer. The work to be done as per the instructions of engineer in charge &
drawing no. INT/FT/04, 05, 06, 07.

3. SUBHEAD-CEILING FINISHES

3.1 Providing & fixing acoustical panelling on ceiling inside the coffers. The

panelling is made of 40 mm x 40 mm fire resistant painted Sal wood
(kiln seasoned, chemically treated and fire resistant painted frame work

etc. There shall be 1000 GSM thermal bonded non woven polyester
wadding held in postion with 18mm 24G GI chicken mesh netting

b) 88 x 18 mm thick Mapel board having 6 mm mapel wood lipping all around the 1500.0 sqm
exposed edges as approved placed with 12 mm spacing between each pane
as per drawing & directions of Engineer-in-charge.

3.2 Providing & fixing at all height false ceiling including providing and fixing of 425.0 sqm
framework made of special sections power pressed from M.S. sheet and
galvanised in accordance with zinc coating of grade 350 as per IS:277 and
consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm widex1.6mm thick with flanges of
22mm and 37mm at 1200mm centre to centre one flange fixed to the ceiling
with dash fastener12.5mm diax40mm long with 6mm dia bolts to the angle
hangers of 25x25x0.55mm of required length,and other end of angle hanger
being fixed with nut and bolts to G.I. channels45x15x0.9mm running at the rate
of 1200mm center to center to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick button
wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5mm at
450mm center to centre shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I

3.3 Providing & fixing Curved false ceiling consisting of 18 mm thick Maple wood
batten / Maple veneered board at all heights and levels consisting of frame
work made with 40 mm square M.S. tubes of 14 G thickness as main runners
at 600 mm. c/c both ways, suspended/ supported with M.S. tube 40x40 X 3 mm
from R.C.C. Beams / slabs bolted with 150 x100x 10 mm. thick M.S. plate (The
suspended MS structural framework to be paid separately). There shall be 50

3.7 Providing and fixing ‘catwalk’ floor hung from the RCC ceiling above comprising 63066.0 Kg
castellated MS `ISWB-300' section at 2500 C/C in both directions held in place
by welding to MS tubular pipes 100x100x5 mm welded to MS plate 150x250x6
mm anchored to cross site location of RCC coffers using hilti fasteners and
holding the castellated framework at 2500 C/C. Providing and welding in
position cheqered Ms plate 4mm thick of size 2500x1250 over castellated
beams and on MS Tee 65x65x4 mm welded in one direction between the
castellated beams complete including the necessary incidentals like M/s plate,
hilti fasteners, structural Tee’s and making hinged provision(cutout) in MS
chequered plate to access the suspended ceiling hung from the network of
castellated beams, primer coating and painting 2coats with enamel paint to MS
Structural members including all necessary incidentals required to complete the

3.8 Providing & fixing of the gyptone sixto tiles (of approved make) on the specially 3628.0 sqm
popwer pressed section gypsteel consisting of special sections power pressed
from M.S. sheet and glavanised in accordance with zinc coating 600 as per IS:
277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm X 1.6 mm with flanges of 22
mm and 37 mm at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling
with dash fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts or suitable
M.S. clamps made up of M.S. flats of 30 X 5 mm to be fixed to tie members of
truss all having nut and bolt arrangement to the angle hangers of 25 X 25 X 5
mm of required length and other end of angle hanger being fixed with nut and
bolts to G.I. channels 45 X 15 X 0.9 mm running at the rate of 1200 mm centre
to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with
tapered flanges of 26 mm each having clips of 10.5 mm at 300 mm centre to
centre shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. channel with connecting
clips made out of 2.64 mm dia 230 mm long G.I. wire . The ceiling section

and perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and


30 mm long , the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall / partition with the help of rawl
plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long drive screws @ 230 mm
interval including joining and fixing to a flush finish, finishing with recommended
filler, paper tapes, finisher and two coats of primer as per manufacturers
specifications. The board to be backed with 50 mm thermal bonded polyster
wadding mikron fiber of 1000 gm/ sqm and also including the cost of making
openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut out made with frame of perimeter
channels suitably fixed all complete as per drawings (INT/FT-13) and
specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of
painting.

100mm thick Gypsteel stud partitionof approved make which includes two 95.0 sqm
layers of tapered edge 12.5mm thick Gyproc Fireline (conforming to IS:2095 –
1996-Part-I) is screw fixed with drywall screws of 25mm & 35mm at 300mm
centres to either side of 48mm Gypsteel C stud (0.5mm thick having one flange
of 34mm and another flange of 36mm made of GI Steel) placed at 610mm
centre to centre in 50mm Gypsteel floor and ceiling channel (0.5mm thick have
equal flanges of 32mm made of GI steel), which is anchored to the floor & true
ceiling using suitable anchor fasteners. The boards are to be fixed to the
framework with joints staggered to avoid leakage through joints.

A Gypsteel fixing channel of 99mm width (0.9mm thick having two flanges of
9.5mm each) has to be provided at the horizontal joints of the outer layer of
boards screw fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws. Finally
square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to
have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Gyproc Jointing
compound, Gyproc Joint Paper tape and two coats of Drywall Top Coat (as per
approved list) . The junction of the partition with masonry & all penetration
through the partition has to be treated with a intumescent fire sealant of

equivalent fire rating. 25mm glasswool slab of density 32Kg/m has to be
provided in the cavity.(Drawing INT/FD-04)

4.10 BURMA TEAK PARTITION WALL


Providing and fixing in position 140 mm thick Burma teak wood Partition wall 115.0 sqm
upto 5.0 Meter high comprising of M.S. tube 40 x40 mm x 5 mm thick framing
members (1500 mm c/c horizontal members and 450 mm c/c vertical
members) welded at bottom with M.S. plate of size 200 x 200 x 6 mm (at every
450 mm c/c) anchored to RCC slabs. There shall be 40 mm thick wood wool
board of density 48kg / cubic metre wrapped with stretched black polyester
netting in between the above framing members.
The entire assembly described above shall be covered on both sides with First
class straight grained Burma teak wood slats approx. 1500 mm high of size 50
mm x 50 mm (with 50 mm gap in between).held together with 120 mm long x 8
mm dia. Stainless steel nuts and bolts on top and bottom.

There shall also be First class straight grained Burma teak wood skirting 137
mm high x 100 mm thick at bottom including malamine coating over sprit
polish and Black Japan paint over all M.S. members, complete in all respect
as/ drawings(INT/CA-03,INT/D-02) & directions of Engineer-in-charge.

4.11 Providing, placing and fixing in position L-shaped Reception Counters of
overall size of Top 2655 mm long x 500 mm deep x 1200 mm high and sitting
area (2655 + 1200) mm long x 500 mm deep x 740 mm high made out of the

a) Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in 0.6 cum

slabs(Sadrali grey) fixed flush on 20 mm thick base mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4

shown in the drawings pointed neately with white cement mixed with matching
pigment including curing, desired polishing and finishing in all respect at all
floor levels and heights complete in all respect as per drawings, specification
and directions of Architect / Engineer-in-charge.

g) Providing and fixixng Granite Table Top counter with 50 mm thick pre-polished 22.0 sqm
Granite(Sadrali grey) of approved colour and sample including bull nosing on
edges including fixing with stainless steel pins / accesories as shown in the
drawings.
