March 19, 2011

Felonious Assault Arraignment CFS # 11-12095

On March 16, 2011 during the late evening hours, deputies were dispatched to the 600 block of Fox Avenue for a
shooting that had just occurred. Deputies investigated the incident and determined the victim, who was at the Dairy
Mart on Textile Road in Ypsilanti Township, had gotten into a verbal confrontation with two subjects. The victim
left heading northbound in his vehicle and noticed the two subjects following behind. One of the subjects fired
several rounds at him on McCartney Avenue near Grove Road. The victim attempted to get away from the subjects,
but was shot at a second time on Tyler Road near Fox. No one was injured.

The deputies investigated the incident and gathered critical information and evidence was obtained leading to the
arrest and subsequent arraignments of Mark Keith Hubbard and Amber Nicole King, both of whom are
residents of Ypsilanti Township.

Mark Keith Hubbard, black male, 07/24/1990 was arraigned on March 18, 2011 on a seven county Felony
warrant. He is charged with:

CT1-Assault with a Dangerous Weapon

CT2-Assault with a Dangerous Weapon
CT3-Conspiracy to Commit Assault with a Dangerous Weapon
CT4-Weapons-Firearms-Discharge from a Motor Vehicle
CT5-Weapons-Firearms-Possession by a Felon
CT6-Weapons-Felony Firearm
CT7-Weapons-Carrying Concealed (CCW)

A Preliminary Exam has been scheduled for March 30, 2011 at 1:00 PM; Mark Keith Hubbard was remanded to
the County Jail with a $10,000.00 cash surety bond.

and charged with a three count felony warrant. She is charged with:
