Sinopsis: Kursus ini dibentuk untuk memberi pelajar pemahaman yang mendalam ke atas tindak balas akut dan kronik terhadap senaman. Tumpuan diberi kepada
pemahaman baik tentang bioenergetik dan metabolisma, tindak balas kardiovaskular dan otot rangka terhadap senaman. Perbincangan dalam kumpulan
dan pembentangan adalah sebahagian dari pembelajaran di samping kuliah biasa serta pendekatan baca-konferens.

Synopsis: This course is designed to provide the student with an advanced understanding of acute and chronic responses to exercise. Particular attention will be
placed upon a good understanding of muscle bioenergetics, cardiopulmonary and musculoskeletal responses to physical exercise. Group discussions and
presentations will be part of the learning process besides regular lectures and reading-conference approach

CLO1 Melakukan penyelidikan berkaitan dengan penilaian, kaedah makmal, pemerolehan data dan melaporkan pelbagai mekanisme yang digunakan oleh badan sebagai tindak balas
terhadap perubahan tahap aktiviti fizikal (P7, PLO6)

Show ability to arrange research process pertaining to assessments, laboratory methods, data acquisition and reporting the various mechanisms the body uses in response to
changing physical activity level (P7, PLO 6)

CLO2 Menilai secara kritis dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan fisiologi semasa melakukan aktiviti fizikal (C5, PLO2)

Critically assess and analyse the factors influencing physiological changes while perform physical activity.(C5, PLO2)

CLO3 Menilai, mentafsirkan, dan mengintegrasikan maklumat dari kesusasteraan saintifik dan berkomunikasi secara efektif dalam faktor bertulis yang berkaitan dengan fisiologi

Hasil Pembelajaran Program:

PLO 1: Menerapkan dan menyepadukan ilmu pengetahuan berkaitan dengan isu penyelidikan semasa dalam Pendidikan Sains Sukan.

PLO2 : Menerapkan teknik penyelidikan bagi menguasai, menterjemah dan mengembangkan pengetahuan dalam Pendidikan Sains Sukan.

PLO3: Mempamerkan keupayaan untuk menyampaikan, memimpin dan bekerjasama dalam membina ilmu baharu.

PLO4: Mensintesis ilmu pengetahuan tahap tinggi dan penyelesaian masalah serta kemahiran saintifik.

PLO5: Mempamerkan keupayaan dan kewibawaan sebagai pendidik profesional dalam membina komuniti pembelajaran masa hadapan.
