Sinopsis: Kursus ini dibentuk untuk memberi pelajar pemahaman yang mendalam ke atas tindak balas akut dan kronik terhadap senaman. Tumpuan diberi kepada
pemahaman baik tentang bioenergetik dan metabolisma, tindak balas kardiovaskular dan otot rangka terhadap senaman. Perbincangan dalam kumpulan
dan pembentangan adalah sebahagian dari pembelajaran di samping kuliah biasa serta pendekatan baca-konferens.

Synopsis: This course is designed to provide the student with an advanced understanding of acute and chronic responses to exercise. Particular attention will be
placed upon a good understanding of muscle bioenergetics, cardiopulmonary and musculoskeletal responses to physical exercise. Group discussions and
presentations will be part of the learning process besides regular lectures and reading-conference approach
