EQUITABLE MORTGAGE BY DEPOSIT OF TITLE DEEDS
Whereas, the Party of the 1st part Borrower/Mortgager is the absolute owners
is seized and possessed of or otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to the
land hereinafter described in the Schedule B here under written and having
acquired the same by way of registered Sale Deed dated.
We are writing this to confirm that we have deposited with you on title deeds
relating to our plot of land known as Plot No(s): 115 of Bommasandra-Jigani
Link Road Industrial Area comprised in Sy. No (S) Parts of 25 & 26 within the
Village Limits of Bandenallasandra Jigani Hobli Anekal Taluk, Bangalore
District. Described below (hereinafter referred to as the ‘said property) with
the intention of creating an equitable mortgage on the said property by way of
collateral security for the amounts due to the Bank from me/us under the
following credit facilities extended by the Bank.
The said property is self acquired and as such no one else has any interest in
the said property. The said property is under my/our sole occupation.
There is no subsisting agreement for the sale of the said property nor has any
prospective or any intending purchaser taken possession of it or a part of it.
The said property is free from all encumbrances.
