General Instructions
Set your goals in the My Goals sheet. This is done only once for the entire FY. Deadline on Jan 23, 2009
Input your goals in the Grow@hp portal once approved. This will be done in February.
Once goals are aligned, create action plans that are aligned to the goals. This should be updated on a monthly

Instructions for My Roles & Goals Sheet


Set 3-5 critical goals for the FY. Set no more than 8.
