Introduction

The GE Osmonics EZ2-Series Reverse Osmosis Kit are designed for ease of assembly and
reliable operation. Following the instructions in this assembly guide will assure that the
machine remains reliable for many years to come.

Tools

Assembly of an EZ2-Series machine can be completed with a small assortment of com-

mon tools. A list of the tools is shown below:

Safety Glasses
#2 Phillips (Cross blade) Screwdriver
#2 Regular (Flat blade) Screwdriver, medium
Wire Cutter / Stripper
Wire Crimping Tool
Razor or tubing cutter
Wrench Set
Slip Joint Pliers
Bench Vise
Ratchet/Socket Set
Square
Level
Tape Measure

Special Notes:

1.0 CAUTION: Inspect parts thoroughly before assembling the machine. Once
the EZ2-Series machine is assembled, parts damaged during
assembly are not replaced under warranty.

2.0 It is advisable to assemble your machine on a hard, smooth surface that you
can walk around to perform various assembly procedures.

3.0 Use thread tape on all threaded fittings.

4.0 Lubricate all O-ring seals.
