both schools and from then on there was no looking back.

I sent an introductory mail to Mr. Lee Davies, the International Links

for each student.

The main aim of the partnership is to build positive relationships between both
schools, instil a deeper awareness of individual, group and societies, positive
exchange of cultures i.e. food, music, dance and build a more sustainable

Once the introductions were made between both schools we decided in doing
something meaningful so that each partner is able to show cause his or her
talent.

We decided on an activity titled ‘Recipe for your Partner’. This included a UK

student to make a recipe for his Indian counterpart and vice versa. It was quite
an interesting activity for both partners as we got to try out each other’s
recipes in the cooking sessions. The students enjoyed a lot trying out food of
different cultures.

Once this activity was over our partner school decided to exchange something
on modern day culture which was enthusiastically taken up by our students
i.e. music and dance. Both school put together a compilation of their favourite
songs and dances and mailed it to each other. It was a great hit among the
students of both schools.
