MoldMoney — is a multifunctional tool of financial

interrelations within Moldavian Internet segment.

MoldMoney is the first electronic money system in the

Republic of Moldova.

The principle of operation is based on the structure of electronic purse system, when each purse is
assigned to a certain person (user). All transactions in the System are immediate.

The system provides an integrated approach, aimed at business process stability. It includes a
number of organizational and technical measures to ensure the integrity and availability of informa-
tion 24 / 7.

MoldMoney System Description:

MoldMoney technology is developed with a glance of up-to-date safety requirements for the informa-
tion management system through the Internet.

The Registration process includes entering personal data and confirming their reliability through MM-
appraisal service. Each user has the MM-key - the digital certificate made on the basis of personal data
provided.

All transactions in the System are immediate and nonrefundable. All transactions within the System
are performed cooperating with the processing center of the bank partner that provides reliability and
guarantee of all transactions.

Adding funds can be performed not only in the bank-partner’s departments, but also in the most of
Moldavian banks: Mobias Bank, Moldova Agroindbank, BCR and others. Moreover there are the fol-
lowing possibilities of funding: in any office of Posta Moldovei, through the Internet using any credit
card connected to the system, via payment terminals.

The system offers the following functional scheme of basic options and available operations

4. Free transfers to MasterCard payment cards emitted by MoldMoney and to the

BancaSociala account.

7. Connecting of existing credit card to MoldMoney account.

Additional system features:

Additional system features include connected paying services for various services and taxes provided
by different billers in Moldova, such as Moldtelecom, SunTV, MoldovaGaz, Termocom and others. By
the time the system is launched MoldMoney will allow its users pay more that 95% of all national billers
through the account system.

MoldMoney offers its users the opportunity to connect partner-bank cards to its account in the system
in order to quickly exchange funds between the system and the card account and to inform the client
about the balance on their card account as well.

There are two types of users in the system: anonymous and authorized users. Anonymous users are
limited in the system functionality. They only have access to transfers within the system from and to the
electronic purse and paying for services. Authorized users are those who passed the personal authenti-
cation, who had provided their passport details and signed a contract with the company and the bank.
These users have the possibility to link their card to MoldMoney system and withdraw money from the
system.
