Dear Employer

I am writing to you with the interest in working for Partyman World of Play. The reason why
I am applying for a job here is because I love working with and meeting new people and I am
particularly interested in working with children. The reason why this job is a hundred percent
suitable for me is because I am fun, reliable, trustworthy, enjoy working as part of a team
enthusiastic and I always like to take on a challenge. My most passionate enjoyments is acting
singing and dancing. and when I was in college both me and my friend helped to set-up an
after school choir for students at the college who were particularly interested in singing but
did not choose it as an A-level for various reasons. As much as I enjoyed taking part in
something that I believed in and helped to make happen, it was also great to see the smile on
everyone’s faces taking part in something that they loved also. As you have seen on my CV I
am currently a student at Brunel Univeristy studying Drama. The biggest problem that I have
solved recently was when my dissertation practical group wanted to split up and go their own
separate ways. The way in which I solved this problem was to get everyone to list the
advantages, that we would have if we stay together and complete the play and the advantages
if we go our own separate ways. If at the end of it there are more advantages on one option
then that’s the route we will take. Everyone completed this task (including myself) and we
came to the conclusion that we’ve come this far and worked this hard on our play to just leave
it and create a piece by ourselves.

Thank you for taking the time out to read my application letter and CV and I look forward to
hearing from you.
