Our objective is to assist in identifying and understanding the difficulties and uncertainties in
building maintenance that affect clients. We have extensive experience in various prestigious
projects backed with a team of hard core professionals. We can recommend the best
possible option as per the requirement of the client with minimum expense….
Annual Maintenance contract (AMC)
 
Air conditioning…..We undertake annual maintenance of to the repair of air conditioning problems such as
water leakage through ducts, blocked filters cleaning of FCU,flow control valve checking of AHU,damper
checking, rectification of any defective minor parts of thermostat and drainage system and attending all
emergencies.

Electrical & Fire fighting…. short-circuit problems; distribution board problems including checking the
condition of breakers, ELCB's etc; repair of light fixtures due to power problems; inspecting the electrical room;
rectifying any complaints in the water heater, exhaust fan etc; conducting check ups of smoke detectors and
sprinklers; checking the expiry date of fire extinguisher and refill (usually once in six months),Electric motor check
up, battery back checking , pressure keeping, fire hose reel working checkup, Fire alarm system checking, break
glass replacement, FACP checking, smoke detector, heat detector half yearly checking, emergency sign, exit
light tube changing, hose reel box cleaning etc.

Plumbing and Sanitary

Rectifying malfunction of water closet toilet mechanism, broken faucets/valves and leakages in pantry or
bathroom installations i.e. dripping water tap, minor leakages at sink fixtures, checking low or no water pressure.
Changing connection pipes, changing bottle trap, flush tank servicing, manhole cleaning,
Floor trap and drainage blockage cleaning. Changing mixer tap in staff tiolets etc.

OUR STRENGTH : FURNITURE FACTORY & CNC DIVISION

With the factory space of 30,000 sq ft in Al Quoz , Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai we are equipped with most
modern wood working machines. Our CNC division equipped with the latest high speed 3D routers are
capable of producing accurate designs, immaterial of their complexity. The maximum bed size of
machine is 3900 x 2000 mm.

We are now ready to take up any type of jobs in 3D wood carving, Metal Engraving, wooden doors, 3D
Logos, Architectural awards, Signage, Out door and Indoor signages.

METALCOTE – Architectural metal finishes

Adonis Metalcote deliver a wide range of aesthetic metal finishes ( utilizing real metal ) to add a distinctive
and innovative dimension to any project.

As a liquid cold application, Metalcote extends the design process to a new level. It allows seamless
adhesion to a vast range of profiles creating a metal skin. Metalcote maintains all the traditional
advantages of metals in durability, strength and consistency with its key advantage being that it is also
light weight. 

Adonis metalcote, applied on the CNC carved designer panels can be used for a variety of commercial and
domestic doors, reception counters, signages and wall panels. Metalcote is available in a wide range of
metals including aluminium, brass copper,bronze and alloys of the metals.

We are proud to announce that, our sister company ACCORD EXTERIORS , is dealing with GRC (Glassfibre
Reinforced Concrete), GRG (Glass Reinforced Gypsum) & GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) to provide a solution for
