Dalam menjalankan misi tersebut, Pondok Pesantren NURUL ANWAR telah menetapkan misi utamanya
dalam tiga bidang kegiatan, yaitu:

❖ Program Harian dan Mingguan

1. Pengajian rutin
➢ Pengajian khusus diadakan setiap hari Ba’da shalat 5 waktu / Maktubah ( untuk santri tetap )
➢ Pengajian umum diadakan setiap satu minggu sekali pada hari kamis malam jum’at
2. Pembacaan maulid Simthud Dhuror yang diadakan setiap satu minggu sekali pada hari kamis malam jum’at
3. Pembacaan manakib keliling yang diadakan 2 Minggu sekali hari Sabtu malam Minggu

❖ Program Bulanan
1. Ziaroh maqbaroh para wali setiap malam jum’at Kliwon
2. Sowan dan Silaturahim ke syaikhuna Al Habib Lutfi Bin Ali Bin yahya pekalongan
3. Study banding ke Pondok Pesantren NURUL ANWARdan Pondok Pesantren lain
