Pedagogical techniques:
The pedagogical style will be a combination of conceptual lectures and cases. In
the lectures the focus is on the theories, concepts or models relating to key HR-
fields. Selective cases will focus on an in-depth analysis of HR-issues within the
organizational context. Assignments during the cases will increase the insight of
students. The group discussions before the class will stimulate students to carry
out a literature search for a relevant HRM case, to analyze the case and to write
their reflections on it.
