Adam masuk dengan air mata yang berlinangan. Dia melemparkan/

mencampakkan kereta mainan ke dalam kotak mainan dan tidak mahu

bercakap dengan sesiapa.

8.25a.m.

Diam! Kau bodoh! Adam menjerit kepada Haiqal. Haiqal berjalan pergi

bermain dengan kumpulan lain pula. Saya menghampiri Adam dan dia

bersandar di bahu saya sambil menangis. "Ayah saya membenci mama

saya," katanya, lantas melarikan diri dan bermain bersendirian dengan

bongkah.

Tempat: Kotak pasir

Masa: 8.00 pagi

Toby berjalan menuju ke kotak pasir dan mengambil trak mainan. Toby

pergi ke arah dua rakannya yang turut berada di kotak pasir tersebut

sambil memegang trak mainan dengan kedua-dua belah tangannya.

Toby berkata kepada dua rakannya, saya ada dump trak dan ada banyak

lagi di sana, pergilah ambil juga sambil menunjuk ke arah tempat dia

mengambil trak mainan tersebut.

Toby duduk di atas pasir dan memasukkan pasir ke bahagian belakang

trak mainan dengan menggunakan skop plastik. Semasa Toby

memasukkan pasir tersebut, dia menolak trak mainan itu sambil

berlutut. “Beratnya, susah nak tolak trak ini”, kata Toby. Toby

berhenti menolak dan mula mengosongkan trak tersebut. Setelah trak

mainannya kosong, Toby menolak semula trak mainannya. “Lihat, saya

sudah boleh menolaknya dengan laju sekarang, kata Toby.

Aspek Pemerhatian: Keterampilan diri (Sosio-emosi)

Tarikh: 5 JULAI 2018

Maria dan Jemah sedang main peranan menyediakan makanan di Pusat

Pembelajaran. Boboi datang dan menyatakan dia hendak makan. Dua

murid perempuan tersebut memandang Boboi. “Awak tak boleh main di

sini, kami sedang sibuk,” kata Jemah. Boboi berdiri di situ dan melihat

dua murid perempuan tersebut mengalihkan bakul buah-buahan plastik

di atas meja. “Saya boleh jadi Daddy dan basuh pinggan”, kata Boboi.

Maria berfikir sejenak dan memandang Jemah, lalu membalas “Oh, ok

lah.. awak boleh main sama.”

Tempat: Sudut permainan blok

Masa: 9.00-11.00 pagi

Norin pergi ke sudut permainan blok dan bertanya kepada dua

orang rakannya Wong dan Ravi sekiranya dia boleh membantu mereka

membuat binaan blok. Mereka membenarkan Norin turut serta.

Semasa membina, beberapa blok telah jatuh. “Saya akan letakkan

semula” kata Norin lalu memberikan blok kepada Wong. Seketika Norin

melihat Wong membuat binaan, lalu dia berkata” saya rasa kita perlu

membuat himpunan lingkungan, dan memberi blok slinder kepada wong.

Wong memberitahu tempat untuk meletakkan slinder tersebut. Norin

mula mengambil slinder blok di rak dan menyusun di sekeliling mengikut

arahan Wong dan Ravi. Akhirnya Norin menyusun slinder secara

sendirinya di sekeliling binaan tersebut. Guru memanggil Norin untuk

melakukan aktiviti capan di sudut kreativiti.Norin menjawab “saya

tidak mahu buat sekiranya Wong tidak pergi bersama”.

Pemerhatian 1:

During free play, Khairul suggested a fair process of “pick a stick” to

determine who got to go first in his made-up game of “monster run”

(a game that he and his peers created together).

Pemerhatian 2:

Khairul found some mushrooms outside and said; “look at these

mushrooms. There’s nothing really in it, but tiny stripes inside.” He

wondered why the stripes were in the mushroom. He said; “Probably

the stripes are there because of the stem. That’s where the stem

connects to the top.” Khairul represented his thinking by creating a

diagram.

Liam is standing at a kidney shaped table with 5 other children and

three different tubs of blocks.

Liam watches the boy on his left pick up a block from the floor, Liam

moves over to the block on the floor and tries to touch it with his

foot. Liam returns to the table, he has a blue tubular block in his right

hand. He says, “Whoa, watch this.” and he begins to roll his block on

the table and pushes it across the table. He runs around the table and

retrieves the block. He takes his right hand with the block in it and

pushes the train in the center of the table to the side. Next liam

returns to his original spot at the table and says, “Oh, watch this,

watch this.” He then rolls the tubular block again on the table. Liam

looks at the boy next to him and smiles and rolls his block to the

center of the table again. This time the block goes to the center of

the table and reaches out with his right hand and retrieves the block.

He repeats this motion with the block this once more.

Jason demonstrated critical thinking skill when he

9/7/2018 explained why he believed the story “The very

hungry caterpillar” could not be a true story.

Jason’s oral reading of “Two Silly Goats” was

13/7/2018 language like and communicated the frustration of

the character.

Jason can’t predict the ending of the story “The

Hare and the Tortoise” until I asked a scaffolding
