Installation

Install AcerVCM
1. Double click on AcerVCM Setup.exe to install AcerVCM
software.

Known Issues and Workarounds

• When sharing is initialized, image snapshot for share may not be

gotten. VCM will try to get the image snapshot for several times.

Limitation

• Video Quality Enhancement will not be enabled if the available

bandwidth is less than 60kbps.
• Video Quality Enhancement will not be enabled when peer to peer
connection can’t build.
• The Manual file can be re-launch at windows 7 when user use multi
language pack and chose different language compared with OS native
language, this is a limitation of Microsoft HTML Workshop.
• Execute installer multiple times at windows 7 will cause system alarm,
this is a limitation of Install Shield.
