Final Year Project (Team Lead) A motion capture system: Captures the motion of a
human actor and translates it onto a CG model
 Used Intel’s OpenCV library with Visual C++ 2008 for video feed acquisition from
webcams and performing Image processing routines.
 Implemented TCP client/server architecture Using Visual Studio’s winsock 2.0 library
for data transfer.
 Implemented multi-threading architecture along with thread synchronization functions
to avoid data corruption.
 Used OpenGl to model the 3d world and perform graphics operations.

8/2008 – 10/2008
Two months internship at Image Processing Centre MCS NUST as part of a research
Team in robotics simulation (using C# .net 2005 development environment and openCV
library).
 Created a Robotics Simulation environment using Microsoft robotics simulation
library
  Robot control by hand gestures
 Created a 3d model and simulated real world physics using MSRS
