Describe how you will go about managing this project and
the tools and techniques that you will use to plan, organize, co-ordinate and lead the project. Create and develop the data required for this process as you go along.
A project is a plan that coordinates a set of limited-scope activities that
do not need to be divided into several major projects in order to reach an important nonrecurring goal. Like programs, projects often have their own budgets. A project may be one of several related to a particular program.
A project is a temporary endeavour undertaken to create a unique
product, service or result. It a set of activities, normally with a specified duration which uses resources to produce goods or services which generate benefits.
As project manager I will have the responsibility for coordinating
efforts involving individuals in several different organisational units who are all working on a particular project. A specified Project Manager may be designated either full time or part time for the project with or without a supporting team. Because the individuals report not only to the managers in their specific work units but also to their project manager, project managers usually must have extremely strong interpersonal skills to keep things moving
