(skinner, 1990) = operant behavior (perilaku yanga ditunjukkan) akan menentukan
konsekuensi tertentu , reciprocal inhibition (Wolpe, 1997) = pemulihan spontan
berdasarkan dari hambatan yang ada dengan respon baik yang berkesinambungan
maka menghasilkan perilaku yang baik pula, dan social cognitive theory (Albert
Bandura, 1980) = observational learning (belajar dengan melihat) dan active
learning (belajar dengan melakukan)

Tahapan praktek : 1. Asessment (cari sumber data permasalahan), 2. Observasi
behavior (mengamati perilaku), 3. Self monitoring (pengawasan diri), 4. kuisioner
(pelaporan diri), penanganan (penguatan /inforcement, desensitisasi sistematik
/strategi penguatan, exposure/paparan, dan latihan asertif (tugas nyata)
